Every appointment is held with a deposit, and that deposit comes off the cost of your treatment. This page explains exactly how it works, so there are no surprises when you book.
Booking deposits
A $75 deposit is taken when you book a consultation, either online or in the clinic. It holds your appointment and is redeemed in full against the cost of your treatment when you go ahead.
If you decide not to proceed to treatment, the deposit is retained as the consultation fee. You still leave with a written plan and itemised pricing, whether or not you book anything further.
For body contouring treatments, hip dip and cellulite, a $150 deposit is taken at the time you book the treatment itself. The consultation for these treatments is booked in the usual way, with the standard $75 deposit.
Deposits are deducted from your final invoice on the day of treatment. Where you book more than one service, a deposit applies to each service booked.
Rescheduling and cancellations
We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to change or cancel an appointment. That gives the time to the next patient waiting, which is the whole reason the policy exists.
With 24 hours’ notice or more, your deposit moves across to your new appointment, or is refunded in full if you would rather. No fee applies.
With less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend, the deposit is not refunded and a new deposit is required to rebook.
If something goes wrong
Life happens, and we would rather hear from you than not. If you are unwell, or something genuinely unavoidable comes up, get in touch as early as you can and we will do our best to work it out with you.
Getting in touch
The quickest way to move or cancel an appointment is to contact the clinic directly. Please do not rely on a message sent outside clinic hours to cancel an appointment the following morning, as it may not be seen in time.
Treatment pricing, and which treatments we are able to publish prices for, is set out on the pricing page.
