To ensure the best outcome from your treatment, please adhere to the following aftercare guidelines:

• Managing Swelling & Bruising: It is common to experience some swelling or bruising post-procedure. This can be effectively managed by applying a cold compress periodically for the first 24 hours. We also recommend minimising strong facial expressions until any swelling has subsided.
• Post-Treatment Massage: Please ensure to massage the area of treatment 5 times a day for 5 days. And each massage should be 5 minutes in duration. The direction of the massage would be from the chin towards the earlobe. This would be done with the palms of your hands.
• Avoid Heat & UV: For the days following your procedure, please refrain from exposing the treated area to intense heat (e.g., saunas, strenuous exercise, hot showers) or direct UV light.
• Hygiene & Skincare: It is crucial to keep the treated area clean while the injection points heal. Do not apply any products for the remainder of today. Tomorrow, you may resume your routine with a gentle cleanser, moisturiser, and SPF. If makeup is necessary, a mineral-based option is preferred.
• Important Signs to Monitor: Keep a close watch on the treated region. Should you notice any skin discolouration, severe or disproportionate pain, or any unusual bruising, please contact our clinic without delay.
• Recommended Follow-Up: To assess your results and ensure the best outcome, we advise scheduling a review appointment for at least two weeks from your treatment date.
